May is Mental Health Awareness Month and it’s a great reminder of the importance of our own personal well-being. For me, prioritizing my mental health and well-being means being present with my family and going for walks on the beach with my dog, Tucker. I find that taking the time to recharge and reset allows me to be and feel my best. At Liberty Mutual Insurance, we’re committed to supporting our employees’ well-being and understand the importance of mental health. We offer a wide range of programs and resources to help our employees and their families physically, mentally and emotionally. Through Liberty’s Employee Assistance Program and our well-being hub, employees have access to a variety of programs – from promoting a healthy lifestyle to stress management to improving sleeping habits – and we’re continuously dedicated to fostering an environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
