Last week Marc Massimino (product marketing and development manager) and Kathryn Korres (senior marketing specialist) from Newtown Savings Bank spoke with us! Newtown Savings Bank is local bank with real customers featured in their commercials. Marc and Katie are able to be onset during commercial creation, giving live feedback. They explained how they use different voices depending on the platform, and the uses of geofencing, CRM, direct mail, and house holding in targeting current and prospective customers. Marc and Katie were also able to show us their updated website design, and what went into transforming the old into the new.
