C2G decommissioned an underground oil tank and installed an above ground Roth tank in about 5 hours. Since we have no basement, they had to drill underneath a concrete slab to hook up to the furnace. They coordinated with our oil company to make sure we had oil ready to go. Everything went smoothly and the workers replaced the brick patio expertly. In addition they took soil samples and coordinated with the town inspector for the permits. The office and all the workers were polite and friendly.
I imagine a project like this could be troublesome but C2G made it a piece of cake.

I hired C2G Environmental Consultants in Naugatuck, CT. to remove an old oil tank and install a new one in my weekend home. Their quote was by far the best of all I got in the area. The office was very responsive to my inquires and scheduled the work right away. Since I was not on location, the company sent me numerous photos of the work in progress. In addition to bringing in the new tank, the installers updated some of the old connections from the previous tank without additional charge, all done very professionally. All in all I am extremely pleased with the service. Last weekend the heat went on for the first time this season and everything is working without a glitch. I can recommend C2G Environmental Consultants without any hesitation.

Based on an initial complaint about an inadequate response, the president of the firm contacted me, explained the CT office was new, and in a nice way asked if I would consider calling him direct since their firm is better than that. Because he didn't try to BS me, and I dug deeper and found other review sites lots of good reviews, I called him. We connected, and based on our conversations we went ahead with the tank removal and replacement. The guys who showed up were courteous, efficient, spoke English, were experienced, on time, and took great pains to make sure all was neat and clean. Within 4 hours it was all done. They took care of all the paperwork, permit with the town, and any other regulatory requirements. They also did us a favor and removed a very sturdy (heavy) wall shelving unit where the new tank was being installed. The town fire official who subsequently inspected the installation, said they did a good job.

Applause to any firm where the president solves problems, and realizes the ultimate value of customers (who have choices). Often problems stem from poor communication.
