They apparently only offer catering services; no in house meals as of 4/6/23. Chef said they will probably do some Sunday brunches in near future.

Searching for places to eat in the local area and this place randomly popped up on Facebook. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food, owner and experience was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is chill with excellent music. My husband and I absolutely loved the restaurant's minimalist industrial aesthetic which pays homage to the Greater Waterbury areas roots in major factories/mills. In addition, the owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. Our meal was delicious! The quality, freshness, and tastes of our appetizers, lunch entrees, and beverages were outstanding! The service was delightful and very professional. We look forward to returning to add desserts and cocktails to our experience.
