Flash Car Wash

I have the Gold Pkg.

I run my BMW through it a few times a week.

Every time I go through, it NEVER EVER washes the rocker panels below the doors.

Now the car is filthy from the doors down.

My car is at factory height all stick no mods.
I cannot understand why that such a new Machine could miss the rocker panels.

Other than that, I do like the place.

I'm over here at your car wash in Waterbury right now. the rinse part of the wash didn't spit out any water so I'm just stuck with lots of soap on my car. They're not letting me run it through again even though I'm on an unlimited plan. the soap is just sticking on the car it's going to ruin the paint if someone could please get back to me...

I have to give the place 3 stars! For the 1st month that it's open "January" (1-15-19)

******Gimmick is brushed are too strong they need to soften things up & the only way to do that, is by washing cars!!!***
Well license plates are being taken OFF! If they don't RIP them off the brushes BEND them! So if it's doing that much to a plate imagine what it's doing to your paint job???? My mirrors move but only by physical force! Not when I came through this car wash ...it was turned in by these powerful brushes !! Now those brushes are too strong & apparently on overdrive!!
Yes they use quality soap, wax & all that it takes to get a car clean but there has to be a better way to soften the brutal force the car wash uses to scrub it clean! Apparently their way is, to offer "FREE Car Washes to all those that are unaware !!"
Everyone in town is so excited, passing the word ..."Go get a free car was!"" Ha! It might just be one of the most expensive "FREE car washes you ever get!! Thanks but no Thanks! Also know that not everything is complete down there the asphalt and the concrete aren't on the same level yet! So be careful when exiting it's a step down landing your car will feel (like potholes) all of the sewers are raised also waiting on asphalt so the place can be all one level eventually, but in the meantime, your car is experiencing one heck of a pothole rollercoaster ! Good luck if you still go down there after reading this!

I purchased a $30 car wash it was buy one get one half price or something my friend put the receipt in his pocket so when I wanted another car wash I could use it when I went to use it I had no clue that there was a date on it and it had expired so I went to talk to the manager to explain this and she laughed at me and told me it clearly states that it has expired and she cannot help me at all I find this rude and disgusting an appalling due to the fact I paid for it I should not have it expired and you would think they would have just given me a car wash to rectify it but no she told me she could not help me laughing basically in my face then turns around and start talking about me to her other employee I find this rude and distasteful and I think I should have my money back or another car wash

Customer service was horrible...employees lagging to help; line was full and manager failed to come out and apologize and help
