Mascolo As of January 1, 2005 Attorney Frederic E. Mascolo has become Of Counsel to Broderick Law Firm LLC. Attorney Mascolo is a graduate of Seton Hall University and the Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Connecticut and Waterbury Bar Associations, and a former Probate Judge for Waterbury, Middlebury and Wolcott. Prior to joining Broderick Law Firm, LLC Attorney Mascolo practiced with the firm of Moynahan, Minnella & Tindall in Waterbury, Connecticut. Melanie Danielowski Melanie Danielowski is a legal assistant with the Broderick Law Firm, LLC. She has been with the firm since its founding. Melanie assists attorneys in the preparation of real estate matters, both residential and commercial. She maintains contact with clients, attorneys, realtors, lenders and all parties involved during the preparation for closings. In addition to handling the preparation of the closings, she handles the post-closing details. Melanie assists attorneys in the preparation of corporate, estate planning, summary process and probate administration documents/files. In addition to working on office files/matters, she handles miscellaneous administrative items throughout the office as well.
